The MC-45 is a concrete milling machine used for cutting out spalled joints and other applications where concrete needs to be removed. The MC-45 will cut up to 1-1/2 inches deep and 1-1/2 inches in width in one pass and can utilize a variety of blade and spacer combinations to vary the width of the cut. The MC-45 is powered by a 120V 15 amp Metabo gear reduction grinder. Production speed is 2 feet per minute at 1” wide by 1/2” deep. This machine is designed with a heavy duty steel frame and a unique wheel configuration to roll over existing cuts and joints.

The MC-45 is used to cut out and square up damaged floor joints prior to repairing them.

You can use a 4″, 4.5″ or a 5″ blade.
3. Does it use special blades?
No, any correctly sized diamond blade with a 7/8 arbor will work.
4. How wide will it cut?
It will cut 1-1/2″ wide with 8 blades on the machine. You can use less blades if you want a narrower cut.
5. How Deep will it cut?
4″ Blades = 1″ Max depth. 4.5″ Blades = 1-1/4″ Max depth. 5″ Blades = 1-1/2″ Max depth. (With new blades. Depth will decrease with blade wear)
6. Can you adjust the depth?
Yes, the depth of cut is adjustable.
