The Makita hand held polisher is a favorite of those pros that take a lot of pride in their edges. The Makita 9227C is a 10 AMP, 3,200 RPM variable speed polisher that has the speed control dial mounted on the handle so the operator can change speed on the fly. The rugged polyurethane dust shroud is a key feature of the polishing tool. It enables the concrete polisher to be connected to a dust collection system to polish dry and be fully OSHA compliant. The 7″ Makita Concrete Polishing Package comes equipped with a 7″ Makita 9227C Polisher, 7″ convertible dust shroud, 7″ loop handle, and 7″ flexible backing pad.

The dust shroud hose port is a standard 2” opening and features the “convertible” flip-up edge allowing the operator to polish directly against a vertical surface.
