Ultra Vac 1250 – GAS Powered Vacuum

The Ultra-Vac 1250-G is a heavy duty vacuum designed for collecting concrete dust where a gas powered engine is most convenient.  The 1250-G is the preferred vacuum system for the JS-130 & JS-160P Joint Cleanout Saw, the CC-100 Crack Chaser and a variety of Early Entry Saws.  The wide, flat wheels make it a good choice for early entry control joint cutting as they will lessen the possibility of indentations in the slab.  The vacuum is constructed of an all steel tube frame with a polyethylene body for years of use and abuse.

The vacuum is powered by a reliable Honda GX240 and comes with a 25’ 3” hose.  The large 12 pleat polyfelt filter allows continued airflow even when the 12.5 gallon dust bin is near capacity.  External HEPA filters and Longopac bagging systems are available options.

Complies with OSHA Table 1 regulations.

1. How long does the filter last?

Main Filter: Approximately 2-3 years with normal use and maintenance. HEPA Filter: Replace every two years or as needed.

2. Does it come with a hose?

Yes, the Ultravac-1250G comes with a 3″ diameter, 25′ heavy duty hose.

3. What’s the CFM and Water Lift Ratings?

CFM is 450, water lift is 115 inches.

4. Can this vac be used for WET materials?

No, this vac is designed to pick up dry dust. Slightly damp concrete from early entry sawing is ok. 

5. What is the warranty?

One year from the date of purchase.

6. How do you clear the filter?

Manual Shaker. Required each time you empty the dust bin. 

7. Can you use a longopac bagging system.

Yes, you can add a SX50110 Bagging Frame. Many users also like to utilize a pre-separator.
