What’s so great about this Arrow Seg Cup Wheel?

The arrow seg cup wheel (CW7AR10PTS) is a favorite among contractors who find themselves removing contaminants from concrete left behind by previously removed flooring. Examples include, carpet glue, tile thin set, multiple coats of “floor paint”, your brother in laws DIY garage floor he tried to do himself, and others.

The hard bond segments last a long time on abrasive materials and the angle of the segments scrape loose materials away as it grinds the bonded stuff. 30/40 grit, high diamond content, leaves a nice profile for your coating to stick to.

This cup wheel has the “Long Thread” hub on the back, that spaces it away from the shroud and matches the grinding face of the cup wheel, even with the bottom of the shroud.

*If you’ve ever bought the Home Depot cup wheels with the short threads, and got it stuck on the shroud, you’ll know why the long threaded hub is so important.
