Product Description
The innovative design of the polymer pump allows one person to control the pump position with one hand while dispensing joint filler with the other. Built with a “T” handle, it accommodates both left- and right-handed operation. This “One Man Pump” frees up additional workers to focus on other tasks, improving overall efficiency on the jobsite. The improved design ensures the operator always knows where the pump should be and where it needs to go next—eliminating the risk of running over freshly filled joints.
New upgrades further enhance performance and serviceability. A two-position wand holder provides both a standard operating position and a dedicated cleaning position. The redesigned diamond head manifold offers easier access for removing lines, minimizing downtime between jobs. In addition, a three-bolt pump change system enables quicker, simpler service when maintenance is required.
The strapped-on waste bucket prevents drips from hitting the floor—operators simply hold the mixing tip over the bucket while moving the pump to its next location. A built-in storage space accommodates either a Honda EU1000i, a Predator 2000 generator or a deep-cycle battery and inverter, giving the option for cord-free operation. The 6.5-gallon tanks are large enough to hold a full 5-gallon pail of joint filler with room to spare, while their semi-transparent polyethylene construction makes it easy to monitor fluid levels on the fly. They’re also simple to clean and inexpensive to replace. A new spill cover further protects both the motor and flooring from dripped or spilled material.
With these features, operators no longer need to waste time wiping up uncured resin with acetone and rags. The updated polymer pump provides a more efficient, labor-saving way to fill concrete expansion joints—on projects both large and small.
The polymer pump is backed by U.S.SAWS legendary tech support and customer service and our network of excellent distributors!
