Product Description
The TC-7 Stand-Up Edger is the most innovative concrete edge grinder on the market. It gives the operator the feel and control of a handheld grinder while keeping them in a comfortable upright position.
A rear control lever adjusts grinder pitch, and the front handle allows side-to-side movement so you can feel the contours of the surface and maintain total control. Designed specifically for grinding and polishing concrete near walls and other vertical surfaces, the TC-7 also excels in open areas where a large planetary is impractical.
It shines in small rooms, offices, garages, kitchens, and bathrooms—anywhere a big machine is inefficient. On larger jobs with long, straight edges, nothing matches its speed and consistency.
The TC-7 runs 7″ diamond cup wheels or polishing pads (with the optional Variable Speed Box) and features the U.S. SAWS Generation 2 dust shroud system for a cleaner, dust-free work environment.

Questions & Answers
A: Most of those other stand-up edgers force you into a bad posture with your arms locked out and almost zero ability to control the pitch of the grinder. The TC-7 gives you real front-to-back and side-to-side pitch control through a solid metal tie bar, and the frame geometry keeps your arms and feet in a natural position. That’s why it actually feels like a hand grinder instead of fighting you.
A: On small touch-up work, a hand grinder can be faster. On anything bigger than a few hundred square feet, the TC-7 wins because the operator doesn’t get smoked. Less fatigue = higher production over the course of the day.
A: Yes. An experienced grinder operator usually figures it out in under a minute. The controls are simple and the machine behaves the way you’d expect.
A: It’s fixed and designed for operators roughly 5'6"–6'2". Outside that range it can still be used, but it’s not adjustable.
A: The TC-7 works great for polishing. Add the optional Variable speed controller to slow it down for use with resin pads.
A: Yes. It comes fully assembled and ready to go, with a cup wheel already mounted. Every unit is run and tested at the factory before it ships. It uses a Metabo 24-230 grinder and our G-2 Pro Series dust shroud with the convertible edge that flips up for edging.
